NAPM-CENTRAL TEXAS
EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP
GUIDELINES

To further the professional education and development of NAPM - Central Texas affiliate members and local college students studying Purchasing and Supply Management, NAPM-Central Texas has created the Educational Scholarship program.

Guidelines:

• Must be active member of NAPM-Central Texas (active Student member for College students) and employed/studying Purchasing and Supply Management.
• Scholarships can be used for higher education studies and materials, seminars, and conference fees. Applicant must provide copies of seminar registration forms, college enrollment forms, etc that show the fees and dates of the event/class.
• Each individual is limited to $300 per calendar year.
• Applicant must complete application and submit to the Scholarship Committee at least 45 days prior to the event/class. (Scholarship committee consists of Professional Development chair, Vice-President, and Treasurer of the NAPM-Central Texas affiliate.) Applications can be obtained from website, www.napm-centraltexas.org or from any Affiliate board member. Contact information can be located on our website.
• Scholarships will be limited to the funds that NAPM - Central Texas has available for the Scholarship program that year. Availability of funds for the program can be obtained from the Treasurer. Program can be discontinued at anytime by the Board of NAPM-Central Texas.
• Receipts and Documentation of attendance are required for proof of participation in seminar/class. Failure to provide copies of documentation after the event/class will result in the applicant not being eligible to participate in the program in the future and NAPM-Central Texas may hold the individual liable for repayment of the funds issued.
