Professional Development Chair

The chair of the professional development's goal is to promote the professional and individual development of the affiliate membership by 1) providing educational opportunities, and 2) assisting individual members in attaining their goals and 3) setting an example of leadership and professional behavior.

Develop committees of at least three members if possible, to:
Conduct surveys to identify members' needs thru SWOTT Analysis
(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and Trends)
Establish annual budget
Organize Plant tours
C.P.M./A.P.P study groups
Coordinate Seminars and satellite seminars
Maintain Academic Liaison
