Job duties of the President
President Duties:
*Preside over all professional and organizational activities in our organization
participates
*Provide leadership for organization through planning, policies, and practices
that will assist NAPM Central Texas in its objectives
*Market our organization to the community and businesses within the community
Other duties:
*Ensure that mission statement is developed, maintained/revised, and is disseminated
to the membership
*Develop long term strategic plan for the organization
*Advance the profession through promotion of professional/personal growth of
the membership via education, networking, and community involvement.
*Lead organization through necessary changes
*Identify and address the need for volunteers and assess the size and skill
of the volunteer pool.
*Establish a training/Succession Plan for future leadership.
