Purchased the medical supplies for the Nurse's Station and requisition purchases for production supplies. Purchases and material management were performed utilizing Elke Main Tracker Purchasing System. Implemented a Certificate of Analysis program for spice and ingredient purchases. In addition, responsibilities included coordinating freight transit, discount rates, and claims processing.
