Project Management for Supply Professionals

Location: Draper Academic Building (#28 on map), Room 206, at Baylor University
Time: 9 a.m. til 1:30 p.m.CST with a 30 minute lunch break at 11 a.m.
We offer all this without a registration fee and include lunch at no charge .
CEU certificates are provided for attendees.

How often do you find yourself in the role as a project leader or as a project team member? What does it take to be a leader or a team member? This program will look at the steps in beginning a project and seeing it through to completion, from the eyes of supply managers who have been there. Included in the discussion will be information on team building, leading and mentoring, and other project-related topics.

PROGRAM TIME SCHEDULE

Half-time break (1/2 hour): 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (11:00 a.m. CST, 10:00 a.m. MST, 9:00 PST)
