Dr. Tom Kelly has spoken to the group each January for over 10 years about the economy and the future of the economy. He has taught Business Cycles and Forecasting, Urban and Regional Economics, Business and Public Policy, Macro Economic Theory, and Global Economic Analysis. He received his BA in Economics from Rice University, MA in Economics from Baylor University and Ph.D in Economics from Oklahoma State University.
