The Principles are Clear

AiA is designed to help people understand that how they perceive and respond to events around them is their choice. It is the first step in establishing personal responsibility and accountability in the midst of corporate change. AiA simply applies lessons in a practical manner pertinent to daily intrapersonal and interpersonal interactions.

The Process is Clear

AiA uses group experiential, facilitated learning. The process is the forerunner of group learning echoed in Open space Technology, Appreciative Inquiry and The World Cafe models. People problems are solved by finding the solution with and through other participants. In a very short period of time demonstrable improved skills in leading and interacting in groups occurs.

The Projects are Clear

Participants move through 72 high-involvement projects that increase self awareness, self management, improved relationships and other topics critical to every workplace. 20 Vignettes support the concepts discussed in the projects by providing stories and examples for discussion. Although we will present the program as a three day retreat, many organizations divide the projects into 10 3-hour sessions, 20 90-minute sessions or even 45 minute sessions held during regular staff meetings. The participant materials can offer a full year of projects for your team!

The Plan is Clear

Option I: Send your key employees to attend the three day session
Option II: Attend the train-the-trainer option, or send other managers, to deliver the program in your organization
Option III: Request a proposal to bring a facilitator onsite in your organization. Contact: Deborah Avrin 972 881 5282 Deborah.Avrin@ManagementSkillsInc.com or
