Mark Abbe has served as the Supply Chain Manager for Oncor Utility Solutions, a TXU company. Oncor Utility Solutions offers utility asset management services for cooperatives, municipally-owned and investor-owned utilities throughout North America. Mr. Abbe is responsible for delivery of supply chain solutions to meet the financial and operational performance objectives for Utility Solution’s clients throughout North America. Mr. Abbe recently accepted a position at Pantellos, a supply chain services company for the utility and energy markets.

Mr. Abbe began his career with Texas Electric Service Company, now TXU’s regulated utility, Oncor, in the Accounting and Financial Department. For the past 24 years he has held a variety of supervisory and managerial positions, primarily focused on supply chain strategies, implementations, benchmarking, technologies, and e-procurement strategies. As Procurement Services Manager, Mr. Abbe helped shape leading edge supply chain solutions including the development of just in time kitting, inventory coordination and establishment and itegration of e-commerce solutions.

Mr. Abbe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University, majoring in Accounting and received the 2002 DFW Minority Business Enterprise Mentor of the Year.
