LORI SALAMIDA, PMP is currently responsible for planning, implementing and promoting the Project Management Institute's eLearning program. In this role she facilitates the course content selection process, administers contracts, manages suppliers, coordinates program schedules and develops marketing plans to increase program visibility. Lori has 18 years of experience working on staff and as an independent consultant producing training and marketing programs for financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and industrial clients. Prior to joining PMI in 2003, she managed the production, post-production and delivery of episodic "how-to" television programming for cable networks such as TLC, Discovery Channel and the Travel Channel. Lori holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, a master's degree in instructional design from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). Lori is a member of the Project Management Institute and the American Society for Training and Development.

STEVE EVANS, PMP is a principal consultant with 16 years of senior experiences in Big 5, Inc 500 and Fortune 500 environments providing services in areas of account management, logistics and transportation management, service delivery in information technology (IT) and systems, and Program Management Office business operations. His background includes technical and professional leadership with diverse skill sets in relationship building, strategic consulting, business and partnership management of large and small, national and international IT infrastructure programs. That background also involves global Inventory and Supply Chain Management experiences at U.S. Air Force sites ranging from Japan through Korea to Viet Nam, to Turkey through Germany, Italy, and Greece. Steve holds a B.S.C.S. in IFSM from the University of Maryland University College, two Associate of Applied Science degrees in data processing and logistics from the U.S. Air Force, is pursuing a Master's Certificate in project management from Villanova University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). Steve is also an active member of the national organizations of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Microsoft Project Users Group (MPUG), as well as the Phoenix Chapters of PMI and MPUG.

ROBERT J. HAIRSTON, C.P.M. is a purchasing manager at Corning, Inc. He has over 21 years experience managing contracts, purchasing, materials and facilities functions with Corning and Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He has both private and public sector experience, with heavy emphasis on subcontracting for U.S. Naval and Department of Energy requirements. His background includes purchasing responsibility for raw materials, capital projects, indirect materials, MRO, temporary services and storeroom management, as well as negotiation leadership for capital construction projects, managing outsourcing and supplier diversity programs, and cost/price analysis projects. A long-time ISM member, Bob has served as affiliate president and Pro-D director. He is a member of ISM's Minority and Women's Business Development Group and the ISM Global Group. In addition to department manage-ment, Bob is currently an in-house corporate educator for Supplier Management and Capital Procurement training classes, and he conducts C.P.M. review classes in the Southern Tier region of New York. Bob holds a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, an Associates Certificate in project management from George Washington University, and he is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.).

JANET M. YOUNG, C.P.M. is currently a project purchasing agent at Marriott International in Washington, D.C. Her 18 years as a buyer/purchasing manager include planning and coordinating large scale, quick-turnaround purchasing and materials management functions for diverse industries. At Marriott, Janet manages the purchasing process for custom hotel projects to ensure correct FF&E (furniture, fixture and equipment) items are ordered, delivered in timely manner and within the contract agreement and budgets. She is responsible for full-service, custom new-build renovations and conversion hotel projects. Prior to joining Marriott in 1997, she held purchasing positions at Central Wholesalers, Inc. and General Electric. Janet holds a B.S. in business management from the University of Maryland University College, College Park, MD. She is a member of the ISM's Maryland affiliate, and has served in various affiliate positions including as their 1999-2000 affiliate president. She was Public Relations Chair of the Year for District V in 1998. Janet is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), and has received the Competent Toastmaster designation from Toastmasters International.
