Mr. Gonyea has been directly involved in all levels of developing, implementing and managing large-scale programs for clients around the globe. With over 30 years experience in the computer industry, Mr. Gonyea has extensive experience in the application of process and work flow modeling techniques to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for re-engineering them to gain the maximum return from a company's investment in new technologies.

Mr. Gonyea is extremely knowledgeable in Electronic Procurement (eP), Electronic Commerce (EC) and Supply Chain Management concepts and practices, as well as the implementation of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) programs.

Mr. Gonyea graduated from the Andover Institute of Business Computer Science Program and is certified in several specialized programs including certification as an instructor and practitioner of Digital Equipment Corporation's A-Delta-T Process Modeling methodology. Mr. Gonyea held several senior positions during his 25-year career at Digital Equipment Corporation and Compaq Computer Corporation. He has spent the last fifteen years focusing almost exclusively on providing technical, educational and program management/business process re-engineering consulting support to clients who were implementing Electronic Commerce solutions. He has developed and delivered training programs and lectures on eCommerce Practices and Principles to audiences from all disciplines throughout North America, Europe, the Far East and Australia.
